11 February 2013 Are adult careers services in the capital helping Londoners realise their ambitions? Are they working equally well for all Londoners, including the low-paid, women, over 50s and people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities? Tomorrow afternoon the London Assembly?s Economy Committee will examine adult careers services in the capital, including the Government-funded National Careers Service which is contracted to deliver face-to-face advice to 123,000 Londoners a year across 332 sites[1].
