You will lead NEA?s Corporate Planning?and Risk Management efforts to conceptualise, develop and track corporate work plans and risk strategies for alignment and performance management.? You will work with all NEA departments and present information and insights to senior management and the Board to facilitate decision making.? You will also build capability in planning methodologies and best practices amongst all staff through knowledge sharing, events and training.? You need to have a passion for the environment and want to help translate strategy into action, and thus contribute to NEA?s mission to safeguard and nurture Singapore clean and green environment.
You will also be responsible in leading the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) efforts. The responsibilities include the monitoring and implementing of policies and procedures to promote worker health and safety linked to OHSAS Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, promoting and making recommendations to make NEA a safer and risk-free workplace environment. You would also be required to collect, analyse and report data to senior management and external agencies such as the Ministry of Manpower.
Requirements:
- Masters or Good honours degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience at management level
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Experience in leading organisation change programmes
- Sound knowledge of corporate planning, corporate performance measurement, ?Enterprise Risk Management (ERM ) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) ?principles and practices
- Able to relate to all levels, both inside and outside the organisation
